MassBroadband123 (MB123) serves as a backbone for more than one-third of the geographic area of Massachusetts, and provides necessary broadband infrastructure to foster economic growth, improve health care and education, and strengthen public safety.
MB123 has connected over a thousand Community Anchor Institutions (CAIs) – facilities such as schools, libraries, town halls and health care centers. Local Linx operates over 1200 miles of fiber in more than 120 western and central Massachusetts communities.
